Prices on this website
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges for Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. They are not offers or quotes. The price for your job is set by the technician after seeing your system, and we quote it before we start the work. Nothing is done without your agreement. Ranges may change over time as equipment, parts and refrigerant costs change.
Scheduling
Service is scheduled by phone only. Arrival windows are our best estimate and can shift because of traffic, weather or a job that runs longer than expected. If we are running late, we will call you. If you need to change or cancel a visit, call us as early as you can so the time can go to another household.
Emergency calls
Our phone is answered 24/7, and we work to reach urgent no-heat and no-cool calls as soon as a technician is free. If you smell gas, see sparking or smoke, or believe anyone is in danger, leave the home and call SoCalGas or 911 first. Once the immediate danger is handled, call us for the heating or cooling repair.
Availability
During heat waves and other busy periods, if our technicians are all booked, we may forward your call to another trusted local HVAC company so you are not left waiting. When that happens, that company sets its own prices and terms and is responsible for its own work.
