What we collect when you call

We only take information by phone. When you call (626) 879-0711, we ask for your name, phone number and service address, plus details about your heating or cooling system such as its type, age, location in the home and what it is doing. We may also note gate codes, pets or parking instructions so the technician can reach you. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

How we use your information

We use what you tell us to schedule your visit, send a technician to the right address, prepare for the job, quote and complete the work, and follow up about that work. We may keep a record of your equipment and past repairs so the next visit goes faster. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Call recording

We record calls only when that is stated at the start of the call. If a call is recorded, the recording is used for scheduling accuracy, quality and training, and is kept only as long as it serves those purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the person you are speaking with.

When information is shared

We share your details only when it is needed to complete your job, for example with an equipment supplier to order a part, with a manufacturer to register a warranty on new equipment, with a city office for a permit, or with a payment processor when you pay.
